Common use of Voluntary cancellation Clause in Contracts

Voluntary cancellation. The Company may, if it gives the Agent not less than 5 Business Days' (or such shorter period as the Majority Lenders may agree) prior notice, cancel the whole or any part (being a minimum amount of JPY25,000,000 and a multiple of JPY25,000,000) of an Available Facility. Any cancellation under this Clause 7.3 shall reduce the Commitments of the Lenders rateably under that Facility.

Voluntary cancellation. Any cancellation under this Clause 7.3 13.3 shall reduce the Available Commitments of the Lenders rateably under that Facility.

Any cancellation under this Clause 7.3 ‎10.2 shall reduce the Commitments of the Lenders Noteholders rateably under that Facility.

The Company may, if it gives the Agent not less than 5 five Business Days' ’ (or such shorter period as the Majority Lenders Agent may agree) prior notice, cancel the whole or any part (being being, in the case of a cancellation of Facility A1, Facility A2 or Facility B a minimum amount of JPY25,000,000 and US$5,000,000 and, in the case of Facility C a multiple minimum amount of JPY25,000,000CHF5,000,000) of an the Available Facility. Any cancellation under this Clause 7.3 8.8 shall reduce the Commitments of the Lenders rateably under that Facilityrateably.

The Company maymay at any time, if it gives the Agent not less than 5 three Business Days' ’ (or such shorter period as the Majority Lenders may agree) prior irrevocable written notice, cancel the whole or any part (being a minimum amount of JPY25,000,000 and a multiple USD5,000,000, in integral multiples of JPY25,000,000USD1,000,000) of an the Available Facility. Any cancellation under this Clause 7.3 16.3 shall reduce the Commitments of the Lenders rateably under that Facilityrateably.

Voluntary cancellation. Any cancellation under this Clause 7.3 8.2 shall reduce the Commitments of the Lenders rateably under that Facilityrateably.

Any cancellation under this Clause 7.3 shall reduce the Commitments of the Lenders rateably under that Facilityrateably.

Any cancellation under this Clause 7.3 8.2 shall reduce rateably the Commitments of the Lenders rateably under that the relevant Facility.

Voluntary cancellation. The Company may, if it gives the Agent not less than 5 Business Days' (or such shorter period as the Agent and Majority Lenders may agree) prior notice, cancel the whole or any part (being a minimum amount of JPY25,000,000 and a multiple of JPY25,000,000A$1,000,000) of an Available Facility. Any cancellation under this Clause 7.3 shall reduce the Commitments of the Lenders rateably under that Facility.

Any cancellation under this Clause 7.3 8.3 shall reduce the Commitments of the Lenders rateably under that Facilityrateably.

Any notice delivered by the Company under this Clause 8.3 shall be made in writing and shall be irrevocable.
