Common use of Voluntary Changes in Insured Status Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Changes in Insured Status. Subject to provisions of paragraph 3 above, any employee who elected to opt-out of the Board-approved health insurance plan provided in this Agreement may enroll in the Board-approved health insurance plan(s) during the next annual open enrollment period. Any such employee shall notify the Treasurer that he/she intends to re-enroll in the Board-approved health insurance plan(s).
