The list of Complex Mandatory and Voluntary Corporate Action includes but is not limited to Cash Stock Option, Acquisition, Bonus Rights, Class Action, Conversion, De-merger, Merger, Mandatory Exchange/ Mandatory Conversion, Open offer, Rights Issue, Scheme of Arrangement, Spin-off, Return of Capital, Takeover, Merger with elections, Spin-off with elections, Buyback, Proxy voting, Repurchase offer, Dividend Reinvestment Plan, Dutch Auction, Odd Lot Tender, Rights Auction, Tender offer or Voluntary Exchange/Optional Conversion. The positions will be closed by effective date of these Corporate Action events.
