Common use of Voluntary Decrease Minimum Denominations Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Decrease Minimum Denominations. Each such Voluntary Decrease shall be, in the aggregate for all Series 2013-B Notes, in a minimum principal amount of $5,000,000 and integral multiples of $100,000 in excess thereof unless such Voluntary Decrease is allocated to pay any Investor Group Principal Amount in full.
