Common use of Voluntary; for Cause; Death Clause in Contracts

Voluntary; for Cause; Death. Following a Change in Control, if Executive’s employment is terminated (i) voluntarily by Executive without Good Reason, (ii) involuntarily by the Company for Cause or (iii) due to death, Executive shall be entitled to Base Salary and benefits accrued through the date of termination and Executive’s entitlement to all other benefits shall be determined in accordance with the Company’s retirement, insurance and other applicable plans, policies, practices and arrangements. Thereafter, the Company shall have no further obligations to Executive hereunder.
