Common use of Voluntary LIBOR Advance Prepayments Clause in Contracts

Voluntary LIBOR Advance Prepayments. Upon three Business Days' prior telephonic notice (to be promptly followed by written notice) by an Authorized Signatory to the Administrative Lender, LIBOR Advances may be voluntarily prepaid but only so long as the Borrower concurrently reimburses the Lenders in accordance with Section 2.9 hereof.
