Common use of Voluntary Non-Renewal Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Non-Renewal. Either party may voluntarily terminate this Agreement by providing written notice of such party’s intent not to renew this Agreement, provided that such party shall provide at least ninety (90) days’ written notice to the other party prior to the end of the then current Term; and such termination shall be effective as of the last day of the then current Term.
