Common use of Voluntary Petitions Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Petitions. Any Borrower Entity's filing of a petition in voluntary bankruptcy or to seek relief under any provision of any bankruptcy, reorganization, debt arrangement, insolvency, receivership, readjustment of debt, assignment of assets or general arrangement for the benefit of creditors, dissolution, or liquidation law of any jurisdiction, whether now or hereafter in effect, or their consent to the filing of any petition against them under any such law.

Voluntary Petitions. Any Borrower Entity's or any Guarantor files (or takes formal company action authorizing the filing of of) a petition in voluntary bankruptcy petition or other petition to seek relief under any provision of any bankruptcy, reorganization, debt arrangement, insolvency, receivership, readjustment of debt, assignment of assets or general arrangement for the benefit of creditors, dissolution, dissolution or liquidation law of any jurisdiction, whether now jurisdiction or hereafter in effect, or their consent consents to the filing of any such petition against them it under any such law.; or

Voluntary Petitions. Any Borrower Significant Consolidated Entity's filing of a petition in voluntary bankruptcy or to seek relief under any provision of any bankruptcy, reorganization, debt arrangement, insolvency, receivership, readjustment of debt, assignment of assets or general arrangement for the benefit of creditors, dissolution, or liquidation law of any jurisdiction, whether now or hereafter in effect, or their consent to its acquiescence in the filing of any petition against them it under any such law.
