Common use of Voluntary Petitions Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Petitions. Borrower, any Subsidiary, any Partnership, or any LLC takes affirmative steps to prepare to file, or Borrower, any Subsidiary, any Partnership, or any LLC files a petition in voluntary bankruptcy or to seek relief under any provision of any bankruptcy, reorganization, debt arrangement, insolvency, readjustment of debt, dissolution, or liquidation law of any jurisdiction, whether now or hereafter in effect, or consents to the filing of any petition against it under any such law; or

Voluntary Petitions. Borrower, any Subsidiary, any Partnership, The Borrower or any LLC of the Guarantors takes affirmative steps to prepare to file, or Borrower, any Subsidiary, any Partnership, the Borrower or any LLC of the Guarantors files a petition in voluntary bankruptcy or to seek relief under any provision of any bankruptcy, reorganization, debt arrangement, insolvency, readjustment of debt, dissolution, or liquidation law of any jurisdiction, whether now or hereafter in effect, or consents to the filing of any petition against it under any such law; or

Borrower, any Subsidiary, any Partnership, Borrower or any LLC Obligor files (or takes formal action authorizing the filing of or takes affirmative steps to prepare to file, or Borrower, any Subsidiary, any Partnership, or any LLC files ) a petition in voluntary bankruptcy petition or other petition to seek relief under any provision of any bankruptcy, reorganization, debt arrangement, insolvency, readjustment of debt, dissolution, dissolution or liquidation law of any jurisdiction, whether now or hereafter in effect, jurisdiction or consents to the filing of any such petition against it under any such law; or.
