Common use of Voluntary prepayment following imposition of Substitute Basis Clause in Contracts

Voluntary prepayment following imposition of Substitute Basis. The Borrower may notify the Agent within ten (10) days of the receipt of a certificate from the Agent of a Substitute Basis under Clause 6.3 whether or not it wishes to prepay the Loan, in which event the Borrower shall forthwith prepay the Loan together with interest accrued thereon at the rate specified in the relevant certificate of Substitute Basis and any break costs in accordance with Clause 4.8.
