Voluntary Prepayment of Swingline Loans. 7.4.1 The Borrower to which a Swingline Loan has been made may prepay at any time the whole of that Swingline Loan. 7.4.2 Unless a contrary indication appears in this Agreement, any part of the Swingline Facility which is prepaid may be reborrowed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
