Voluntary Prepayment of Term SOFR Loans. Term SOFR Loans may be prepaid from time to time, without penalty or premium, pursuant to a notice of prepayment to Agent, delivered at least three Business Days prior to prepayment of the Loan; provided, that no such notice shall be required for payments effected through sweeps from the Dominion Account.
