Common use of Voluntary Prepayments under a Credit Facility Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Prepayments under a Credit Facility. Subject to Section 9.4, the Borrower shall be entitled to prepay all or any portion of the outstanding Loans under the Credit Facility at any time, without penalty, provided that Section 8.4 shall be complied with in connection with any such prepayment and the Borrower gives the Administrative Agent not less than five Banking Days’ prior written notice of the proposed prepayment. Amounts which are prepaid as aforesaid may be reborrowed.
