Voluntary Prepayments under Credit Facility. Subject to Section 9.3, the Borrower shall be entitled to prepay all or any portion of the outstanding Loans under the Credit Facility at any time, without penalty, provided that Section 8.4(a) shall be complied with in connection with any such prepayment. Other than any payments required pursuant to Section 8.4(a), there are no premiums, penalties or other additional payments associated with any voluntary prepayments under this Section 9.2. Amounts which are prepaid as aforesaid in respect of the Credit Facility may be reborrowed.
