Voluntary Resignation by Executive Without Good Reason. In the event that Executive's resignation is without Good Reason, Executive will be entitled to receive the Standard Entitlements, but Executive shall not be entitled to receive (i) the Severance Payment, or any part thereof, or (ii) any further vesting of stock options; and all other obligations of Employer to Executive pursuant to this Agreement shall automatically terminate and be completely extinguished.

Voluntary Resignation by Executive Without Good Reason. In the event that of ------------------------------------------------------ Executive's resignation is without Good Reason, Executive will be entitled to receive payment(s) for all prorated salary, applicable prorated Target Bonus, and unpaid vacation accrued as of the Standard Entitlements, but Executive shall not be entitled to receive (i) the Severance Payment, or any part thereof, or (ii) any further vesting date of stock options; and all Employee's termination of employment. All other Company obligations of Employer to Executive pursuant to this Agreement shall will become automatically terminate terminated and be completely extinguished. In addition, Executive will not be entitled to receive the Severance Payment described in subsection 7.2 above.
