Voluntary Separation from Service Prior to Retirement Age. Subject to subsection 4(b) and Section 10, the Employee may voluntarily Separate from Service with the Company during the term of this Agreement prior to attaining Retirement Age, upon at least 90 days’ prior written notice to the Company, in which case, effective as of the Separation from Service, the Employee shall receive only his base salary, bonuses, vested rights and benefits up to the date of his Separation from Service, such benefits to be paid when and as due under those plans (unless such Separation from Service occurs pursuant to subsection 10(b) hereof, in which event the benefits, bonuses and base salary provided for in subsection 10(a) shall apply).
