Common use of Voluntary termination by a Participant Clause in Contracts

Voluntary termination by a Participant. A non-Defaulting Participant may request the Project Committee to terminate its participation in the Project and to this Consortium Agreement. Any Participant leaving the Project shall continue to grant Access Rights pursuant to this Consortium Agreement as if it had remained a Participant for the whole duration of the Project and such Participant shall repay any payments already received by this Participant until the effective date of the termination.
