Common use of Voluntary Termination by Consultant Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Termination by Consultant. Consultant may, by notice to the Company at any time during the Consulting Period, upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice, terminate this Agreement.

Voluntary Termination by Consultant. In the event that the Consultant may, by notice resigns or voluntarily terminates this Agreement prior to the expiration of the Term of Engagement for no good reason, the Company at any time during shall have no further obligation to the Consulting PeriodConsultant, upon except that the Company will pay to the Consultant, within thirty (30) days' prior written noticedays of such termination, terminate this Agreementan amount equal to the Consultant’s Consulting Fee, as provided in Section 3 hereof, accrued to the date of termination.

Consultant maymay voluntarily terminate this Agreement and Consultant's engagement to perform the Consulting Services hereunder other than for Good Reason (as defined below) by giving the Company sixty (60) days advance written notice of termination (a "Voluntary Termination"); provided, by however, the Company reserves the right to accept Consultant's notice of Voluntary Termination and to accelerate such notice and make the termination of this Agreement and Consultant's engagement to perform the Consulting Services hereunder effective immediately, or on any other date prior to the Company at any time during the Consulting Period, upon thirty (30) days' prior written notice, terminate this Agreementdate set forth in Consultant's notice of Voluntary Termination as Consultant deems appropriate.

Voluntary Termination by Consultant. Consultant may, by may voluntarily terminate this Agreement upon sixty (60) days’ written notice to the Company Company. The Company, in its sole discretion, may relieve Consultant of Consultant’s active duties at any time during the Consulting Period, upon thirty (30) days' prior written such notice period. The Company may also waive such notice, and/or set an earlier termination date upon receipt of such notice, in which event this Agreement will terminate this Agreementon the earlier termination date, and no pay in lieu of notice will be due.
