Common use of Voluntary Termination by Employee Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Termination by Employee. The Employee may voluntarily terminate employment with the Bank during the term of this Agreement, upon at least 60 days’ prior written notice to the Board, in which case the Employee shall receive only his compensation, vested rights and employee benefits accrued up to the date of his termination.

Voluntary Termination by Employee. Voluntary Termination by Employee. The Employee may voluntarily terminate employment with the Bank Company during the term of this Agreement, upon at least 60 days’ ' prior written notice to the Board, in which case the Employee shall receive receive, only his compensation, vested rights and employee benefits accrued up to the date of his termination.
