Voluntary Termination by Executive Without Good Reason. Executive may terminate his employment hereunder for any reason other than Executive's Good Reason (as defined above), or for no reason, upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to the Board (provided, that at the Board's election, such termination shall become effective immediately or at such other time during such 30-day period as the Board may elect).
