Common use of Voluntary Termination by Licensee Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Termination by Licensee. Licensee shall have the right to terminate this Agreement at any time, upon ninety (90) days prior written notice, without cause and for any reason. If Licensee terminates this Agreement under this provision, Licensor will not be under any obligation to return any portion of the consideration paid by Licensee to Licensor.
