Voluntary Termination by Licensee. Licensee may stop using the Service at any time. Because the auction service relies on an escrow account, there is no account to close. If Licensee wishes to terminate their Mock Auction account, they may email Exhaustless. If Licensee terminates use of the Service, it will not have access to the primary, secondary, or tertiary airspace reservation market at airports which Exhaustless provides the Service. Any licensing fees or auction premiums paid by Licensee prior to termination are nonrefundable. Termination of Licensee’s Account shall not relieve Licensee of any obligation to pay any accrued fees or charges. CPP charges will continue to be charged to passenger airfare at large and medium hub airports with excess demand, regardless of Licensee’s termination of using the Service.
