The Officer may voluntarily terminate this Agreement by providing thirty days notice to Illini, in which event Illini shall have no further obligation to the Officer hereunder from the date of such termination except to pay Officer earned but unpaid salary and benefits and to honor vested option rights without imposing further condition or reduction thereof, and the Officer shall have no further obligation to Illini hereunder except the duty to not disclose Confidential Information in accordance with Section I, E.
