Common use of Voluntary Termination by Purchaser Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Termination by Purchaser. The Contract may be terminated upon written request, on the prescribed Refund Request Form, to the Program by the Purchaser (or, in the case of death or Disability of the Purchaser, the Purchaser’s Legal Successor or estate appointee with acceptable documentation provided to the Program). A Termination Fee will be charged (see Program Fee Chart). Once a Contract is requested to be terminated and action has been taken to terminate the Contract, it may not be reinstated for any reason.
