Common use of Voluntary Termination by the Mentor Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Termination by the Mentor. The Mentor may voluntarily terminate this Agreement if the Mentor no longer wishes to participate in the Program as a Mentor to a Protégé. The Mentor shall provide in writing a 30-day notice of termination to the Protégé and Office of Business Opportunities, Compliance.
