Voluntary Termination/Change in Control. In the event of change in control, which does not result in involuntary termination of the Employee or diminution of the Employee’s position, authority, duties and responsibilities, the Employee may elect to voluntarily terminate within one year of the Change in Control and may elect the Change in Control provisions summarized below.
