Voluntary Termination Deemed Good Reason. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, during the period commencing on the 91st day following a Change in Control under Section 2(a)(i), 2(a)(ii), 2(a)(iii) or 2(a)(iv) of this Agreement and ending on the 180th day following such a Change in Control, the Executive may voluntarily terminate his or her employment for any reason, and such termination shall be deemed "Good Reason" for all purposes of this Agreement. In the event of such voluntary termination pursuant to this subsection 3(d)), the multiple applied to the Severance Payment (as defined in Section 4(d)), if any, payable to the Executive pursuant to subsection 4(d)(ii) below shall be reduced by 50%.
