Common use of Voluntary Termination for Good Reason Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Termination for Good Reason. “Voluntary Termination for Good Reason” means Executive voluntarily resigns from employment with the Company within thirty (30) days of one or more of the following events which occurs without Executive’s consent and which remains uncured thirty (30) days after Executive’s delivery to the Company of written notice thereof:

Voluntary Termination for Good Reason. “Voluntary Termination for Good Reason” means Executive voluntarily voluntary resigns from employment with the Company within thirty (30) days following the expiration of one or more any cure period (as discussed below) after the occurrence of any of the following events which occurs following, without Executive’s consent and which remains uncured thirty (30) days after Executive’s delivery to the Company of written notice thereofconsent:

Voluntary Termination for Good Reason. “Voluntary Executive may terminate his employment for good reason ("Termination For Good Reason") upon 30 days written notice. In the event of Termination for Good Reason” means , Executive voluntarily resigns from shall be entitled to receive the payments and other rights provided in Section 7(c) hereof. For purposes of this Agreement, termination for "Good Reason" shall mean voluntary termination by Executive of his employment with the Company within thirty (30) days of based on one or more of the following events which occurs without Executive’s consent and which remains uncured thirty (30) days after Executive’s delivery to the Company of written notice thereofevents:

Voluntary Termination for Good Reason. Executive may terminate his employment for good reason (“Voluntary Termination For Good Reason”) by providing 30 days’ prior written notice to the Company of a breach constituting Good Reason, which notice shall be provided within 45 days after the initial existence of the breach, and further provided that such breach is not cured in all material respects to the reasonable satisfaction of Executive within 30 days after such notice. In the event of Termination for Good Reason, Executive shall be entitled to receive the payments and other rights provided in Section 7(c) hereof. For purposes of this Agreement, termination for “Good Reason” means shall mean voluntary termination by Executive voluntarily resigns from of his employment with the Company within thirty (30) days of based on one or more of the following events which occurs without Executive’s consent and which remains uncured thirty (30) days after Executive’s delivery to the Company of written notice thereofevents:

Voluntary Termination for Good Reason. “Voluntary Termination for Good Reason” means the Executive voluntarily resigns from employment with the Company within thirty ninety (3090) days of one or more of the following events which occurs without the Executive’s consent and which remains uncured thirty (30) days after the Executive’s delivery to the Company of written notice thereof:

In the event of Termination for Good Reason” means , Executive voluntarily resigns from shall be entitled to receive the payments and other rights provided in Section 7(c) hereof. For purposes of this Agreement, termination for "Good Reason" shall mean voluntary termination by Executive of her employment with the Company within thirty (30) days of based on one or more of the following events which occurs without Executive’s consent and which remains uncured thirty (30) days after Executive’s delivery to the Company of written notice thereofevents:

Voluntary Termination for Good Reason. “Voluntary Termination The Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment and this Agreement for Good Reason” means Executive voluntarily resigns from Reason (as defined below) at any time upon at least thirty (30) days’ prior notice to the Company, in which event the Executive’s employment with the Company within thirty (30) days of one or more and this Agreement shall terminate as of the following events which occurs without Executive’s consent and which remains uncured thirty (30) days after Executive’s delivery effective date of termination as set forth in the termination notice. In the event of his voluntary termination of employment for Good Reason, the Executive shall be entitled to all of the Company severance benefits described in Subsection 4(c), subject to all of written notice thereof:the conditions set forth therein.
