Voluntary Termination of Employment During Term. (a) Executive may voluntarily terminate his employment with the Company at any time during the Term. If Executive voluntarily terminates his employment for Good Reason during the Term, such termination of employment will be a Triggering Event, and the Company shall pay or provide Executive the compensation and benefits described in Article III.
