VOLUNTARY TERMINATION OF SERVICE OR DISCHARGE. In the event that the employment of the Executive shall be terminated, either voluntarily or involuntarily, as a result of any illegal or fraudulent actions or any voluntary actions determined to be detrimental to the interests of the Corporation, which determination shall be made in the sole discretion of the Board of Directors, prior to his attaining the age of sixty-five (65) years, this Agreement shall terminate upon the date of such termination of employment and no benefits or payments of any kind shall be made hereunder.
