Common use of Voluntary Termination; Retirement Clause in Contracts

Voluntary Termination; Retirement. (i) A termination of employment by the Executive on his own initiative, other than (A) a termination due to death or Disability, or (B) retirement pursuant to clause (ii) below), shall have the same consequences as provided in Section 9(c)(ii) for a termination for Cause. A voluntary termination under this Section 9(e)(i) shall be effective 30 calendar days after prior written notice is received by the Company.
