Voluntary Termination/Termination For Cause/Expiration of Term. Upon: (i) termination of the Employee’s employment pursuant to Sections 2.2(c) or (e); or (ii) the expiration of the Employment Term because the Employee elects not to extend the Employment Term, Employee shall be entitled to receive his base salary, bonus, benefits and expense reimbursements solely through the date of termination.
