Voluntary Withdrawal of the General Partner. The General Partner covenants and agrees in favor of the Partnership that, so long as any outstanding Exchangeable Units are owned by any Person other than the General Partner or any of its Subsidiaries, except as provided in Section 7.18, the General Partner will not voluntarily cease to be the sole general partner of the Partnership.
