Common use of Votable Claims Clause in Contracts

Votable Claims. (a) As of September 23, 2014, such Investor and its Affiliates were, collectively, the beneficial owner of, or the investment advisor or manager for the beneficial owner of, the aggregate principal amount of Votable Claims as set forth opposite such Investor’s name under the column titled “Votable Claims” on Schedule 3 attached hereto.
