Vote Necessary to Take Action. A plurality vote of the Members in attendance at a Membership Meeting shall be necessary to elect any Director. Amajority vote of the Members in attendance at a Membership Meeting shall decide any other matter, except as otherwise provided in these By-Laws. Attendance at a meeting may be in the manners specified in Section 5.10 of these By-Laws.
