Common use of Voting Agreements and Voting Trusts Clause in Contracts

Voting Agreements and Voting Trusts. Except as disclosed on Schedule X, each Stockholder agrees that it will not, directly or indirectly, deposit any of his or its shares of Series C Preferred Stock, Series D Preferred Stock and/or Common Stock in a voting trust or other similar arrangement or, except as expressly provided herein, subject such shares to a voting agreement or other similar arrangements. AT&T PCS covenants and agrees that it will not, directly or indirectly, enter into a voting or similar agreement with any Transferee of shares of Series A Preferred Stock.
