Common use of Voting and Dividend Rights Clause in Contracts

Voting and Dividend Rights. No Recipient shall have any voting or dividend rights or other rights of a shareholder in respect of any Plan Shares covered by an Award, except as expressly provided in Sections 7.01, 7.02 and 7.03 of this Agreement, prior to the time such Plan Shares are actually distributed to such Recipient.

Voting and Dividend Rights.
