Voting and Other Shareholder Rights. Employee shall not be entitled to vote Restricted Stock Units on any matter submitted to a vote of holders of Common Stock, and shall not have any other rights of a shareholder of the Company, unless and until the Restricted Stock Units are settled as described in the Agreement.
