Common use of Voting and Tender Offers Clause in Contracts

Voting and Tender Offers. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement the provisions of this Section shall govern the voting and tendering of FMC Stock. The Sponsor shall pay for all printing, mailing, tabulation and other costs associated with the voting and tendering of FMC Stock to the extent that such costs are not paid for by the issuer of FMC Stock.
