Common use of Voting at Meetings of Stockholders Clause in Contracts

Voting at Meetings of Stockholders. Each of the Investor Parties agrees to vote, and to procure the vote of its Affiliates, to vote in person or by proxy, or to act by written consent (if applicable) with respect to all Equity Securities of the Company having the right to vote for the election of Directors beneficially owned by it to cause the election of the Persons designated pursuant to Section 2(b).

Each of the Investor Parties Parties, so long as such party holds shares of Common Stock, agrees to vote, and to procure the vote of its Controlled Affiliates, to vote in person or by proxy, or to act by written consent (if applicable) with respect to all Equity Securities shares of the Company Common Stock having the right to vote for the election of Directors beneficially owned by it to cause the election of the Persons designated pursuant to Section 2(b2(a).
