If the Political Subdivision is not already identified by a tax authority code in the County Assessor’s records, the Political Subdivision must: • Provide the County Clerk with a legal description, map and listing of street addresses located within Political Subdivision in Moffat County, no later than 5:00 p.m. September 6, 2024. o This information must be provided to the County Clerk in Microsoft Excel and must include “high/low” street address ranges for both “odd/even” sides of each street. • Certify the accuracy of such information.

  • Governing Jurisdiction 34.1 This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law.

  • Audit Requirements for Recipients of State Financial Assistance For purposes of this paragraph, the word "Contractor" shall be deemed to mean "nonstate entity," as that term is defined in section 4-230 of the Connecticut General Statutes. The Contractor shall provide for an annual financial audit acceptable to the Client Agency for any expenditure of State awarded funds made by the Contractor. Such audit shall include management letters and audit recommendations. The State Auditors of Public Accounts shall have access to all records and accounts for the fiscal year(s) in which the award was made.
