Common use of Voting of Claims Clause in Contracts

Voting of Claims. Each holder of an Allowed Claim in an impaired Class of Claims that is entitled to vote on the Plan pursuant to Article II of this Plan shall be entitled to vote separately to accept or reject the Plan as provided in such order as is entered by the Bankruptcy Court establishing procedures with respect to the solicitation and tabulation of votes to accept or reject the Plan, or any other order or orders of the Bankruptcy Court.

Voting of Claims. Each holder of an Allowed Claim in an impaired Class 3.1 of Claims that is entitled to vote on the Plan pursuant to Article II of this Plan shall be entitled to vote separately to accept or reject the Plan as provided in such order as is entered by the Bankruptcy Court establishing procedures with respect to the solicitation and tabulation of votes to accept or reject the Plan, or any other order or orders of the Bankruptcy Court.
