Voting of Plan Shares. All Common Shares held by the Trustee in the Plan Share Reserve which have not yet been earned by a Recipient pursuant to Section 7.01 of this Agreement shall be voted by the Trustee. A Recipient shall be entitled to direct the voting of Plan Shares which have been earned pursuant to Section 7.01 of this Agreement but have not yet been distributed to him.
