Voting on Procedural and Other Matters. Except for Class voting matters in Section 4.5(d), the Members shall take action at a Members meeting on procedural and other matters determined by the Chair by the affirmative vote of the Members (each Member with one vote), without regard to the Class or the Units held, unless objected to by the majority of the voting power of any Class present at the meeting.
