Voting rights and decision making. 9.1 Each Partner is entitled to cast one vote. Unless stated otherwise herein, all decisions to be taken by the Partners pursuant to this Agreement shall be adopted by a simple majority of the votes cast. 9.2 Each Partner shall appoint a natural person or legal entity to exclusively represent it in all matters regarding the C.V. Such appointment shall be valid, until a replacement is notified to the C.V. in accordance with Article 15.
