Voting Rights Generally. Other than any voting rights provided by applicable law or as expressly provided by this Certificate of Designations, the holders of the Series B Preferred Stock (in their capacities as such) shall not have voting rights of shareholders under this Certificate of Designations, the Certificate of Incorporation, the Bylaws and the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, on account of the shares of Series B Preferred Stock from time to time held by such holders.
