Common use of Voting Rights of Co-Lenders Clause in Contracts

Voting Rights of Co-Lenders. Borrower acknowledges that the Co-Lending Agreement may contain provisions which require that amendments, waivers, extensions, modifications, and other decisions with respect to the Loan Documents shall require the approval of all or a number of the Co-Lenders holding in the aggregate a specified percentage of the Loan or any one or more Co-Lenders that are specifically affected by such amendment, waiver, extension, modification or other decision.
