Voting Rights of Common Securityholders. Except as otherwise provided herein, and except as otherwise provided by the LLC Act or other applicable law, all voting rights of the Securityholders shall be vested exclusively in the Common Securityholders. The Common Securityholders shall vote as a single class on any matter on which the Common Securityholders have the right to vote regardless of the voting rights of any other Securityholder.
