Voting Trust and Other Rights. join with other security holders in acting through a committee, depositary, voting trustee or otherwise, and in that connection to deposit any security with, or transfer any security or other investment to, any such committee, depositary or trustee, and to delegate to them such power and authority with relation to any security or other investment (whether or not so deposited or transferred) as the Directors shall deem proper;
