Common use of Voting Trust Certificates Clause in Contracts

Voting Trust Certificates. The Trustee shall maintain a Certificate register which will identify Beneficiary as owner of Certificates issued under this Agreement and the number of Subject Securities represented by each Certificate. The Certificates shall be in the form attached hereto as Exhibit B. Beneficiary shall retain the entire economic and beneficial ownership rights in all of the Subject Securities held in the Voting Trust.

Voting Trust Certificates. The Trustee shall maintain a Certificate voting trust certificate register in which will identify Beneficiary as owner each holder of Certificates a voting trust certificate issued under this Agreement Agreement, and the number of Subject Securities shares represented by each Certificatevoting trust certificate will be identified. The Certificates voting trust certificates shall be in the form of voting trust certificate attached hereto as Exhibit B. Beneficiary EXHIBIT A and shall retain include the entire economic and beneficial ownership rights in all legend required by Paragraph 14 of the Subject Securities held in the Voting Trustthis Agreement.
